Researcher to Reader 2026 - Registration
The annual Researcher to Reader Conference is a key forum for discussion of the international scholarly content delivery ecosystem – exploring how academic knowledge is conveyed from the Researcher to the Reader. R2R 2026 will be a in-person event on 24-25 February 2026 at BMA House in London.

The ticket types are listed below. There are discounts available for various categories of participant, and for people who register early (in October or November). Speakers and other contributors to the programme who attend the whole Conference are also offered discounted tickets.
We offer no-risk early registration for the Conference, as the option to cancel for a full refund is available until the end of January.
There are no other tariffs or discounts available; we are unable to offer one-day rates (as the Conference is best experienced in its entirety), or special concessions for employees of large ‘not-for-profit’ organisations. Prices are in British Pounds, and UK sales tax (VAT) is added at 20%. Payment by credit card only; if you cannot pay by credit card, please contact the Conference organisers at admin@R2Rconf.com
Our registration site is designed to allow an application for one ticket by one person, who will need to create (or update) their own account. If you want to register on behalf of someone else, you can do this by creating a new account on their behalf, using their email address; they will receive the ticket by email. If you have already registered for yourself, and now wish to create an account for a new person, you may need to log out, or use an ‘incognito’ browser window, to be able to create a new account for that person.
